Crack bios Password from Command Prompt(CMD)
Hey folks,
Often we set Password at the BIOS to secure our systems delicate CMOS setting, but due rare use of bios password we tend to forget it. and got stucked at the time when we need some alteration in the CMOS. If its desktop its easy to crack it by simply removing the cmos battery few seconds and then putting it down. But What in case of laptop?
No need to worry at all I have the solution for that just follow these steps and your Bios password will be vanished.
First thing you need to do is open up a Command Prompt window
At command prompt type debug

At command prompt type debug
you will get a - prompt where you can type the fallowing commands one by one.
A MOV AX,0 MOV AX,CX OUT 70,AL MOV AX,0 OUT 71,AL INC CX CMP CX,100 JB 103 INT 20 just hit enter on this line G Q
Now reboot your system and try to enter bios it should not ask for the password, if still it prompts for the password then try this
Get DOS prompt again and type:
DEBUG
at the debug prompt type these commands
-o 70 2e -o 71 ff -q hit exit
This trick works on most of the Bios versions.
But still as these commands works at hardware level I will prefer you to use it at you risk, a little mistake will make you lose your lovely computer in the sense it might ruin the BIOS chip.
